Real Estate Taxes

In October of each year, the Property Appraiser's office forwards to the Tax Collector a file containing all the parcels assessed within Gadsden County. These records are used to create the tax rolls and bills that are mailed by November 1st of that year. The record contains owner information, parcel information, including legal description, exemptions and taxable value.
